- 1 Medium Bowl
- 1 Small bowl
Ingredients
- 4 each Fish Fillets
- ½ cup Seasoned Panko Crumbs
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese Finely shredded
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- On a baking sheet place 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- In a small bowl mix together the panko crumbs and the shredded chaddar cheese. Toss to mix.
