- 1 lb Fish Fillets Deboned
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 tsp Lime Juice optional
- ⅓ cup Water
In a frying pan on medium to high heat, heat up olive oil.
Add fish fillets in a single layer. Cook about 3-5 minutes until the top side is starting to turn white around the edges. Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-5 minutes until the fillets break apart easily with a fork. Test a fillet with a fork.
Drain the fish. Using two forks, separate the fillets into small bite sized pieces.
Put your stove burner on low and add a packet of taco seasoning, lime juice, and water. Stir well.
Serve immediately in a tortilla shell with your desired toppings.
