¾cupMayonnaise
¾cupSour Cream
1½tbspTaco Seasoning
1½tbspRanch Seasoning Mixdry
15ozCanned Corndrained
15ozBlack Beansdrained & rinsed
½cupRed Oniondiced
½cupGreen Pepperdiced
8ozCheddar Cheesecubed
5ozCherry Tomatoessliced in half
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse the pasta with cold water.
To make the dressing, in a bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, taco seasoning and the dry ranch seasoning.
In a large bowl gently mix together the cooled pasta and the dressing. Once the pasta is coated with the dressing add in the corn, black beans, diced onion, diced peppers, cubed cheddar cheese and sliced cherry tomatoes.
