Ingredients

  • 14 oz Pierogies thawed
  • 4 each Polish sausages sliced
  • ½ each Red pepper sliced
  • ½ medium Onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium-to-medium high heat, sauté the pierogies, peppers, and onion. Stir often to prevent the pierogies from sticking.
  • Once the onions are translucent and the pierogies are getting golden add the polish sausage and continue to sauté until the sausage is completely heated.
  • Serve immediately.
