Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease or spray cooking spray the 9x13 baking pan.
Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Cool completely.
In the mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the sugar and the vanilla. Beat well. Add in the whipped topping and mix well.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the completely cooled crust.
Slice your fruits.
Arrange fruit in a pretty pattern on top of the cream cheese layer or you can mix the fruit and lay it on top.
Slice and it is ready to serve immediately.
Cover and keep refrigerated.
