Ingredients

1½ ounces Coconut Rum
3 ounces Pineapple Juice
1½ ounce Blue Curacao

Instructions

Put ice in a tumbler.
Next, pour in the coconut rum and the pineapple juice and mix together.
To create the blue layer place a spoon just on top of the pineapple and coconut rum mixture and touching the side of the tumbler. Very gently pour the blue curacao on the spoon so it slowly pours on top of the pineapple mixture. Do not make any splashes.
Serve immediately. If you stir it up, you have a Shark Bite.
