  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic mince
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the sliced asparagus. Saute for 5 more minutes or until tender.
  • Add the minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
