- 3 cups Pasta uncooked
- 4 cups Broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
- ¾ Lb Polish Sausages cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes optional
- 1 cup Half and Half
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1 Salt & Pepper to Taste
Prepare the pasta in the Dutch oven pan according to the package instructions.
Add the diced polish sausage to the pan of drained pasta. Mix with the pasta. C
Using the medium saucepan steam the broccoli until it is the desired tenderness. Drain. Add to the pan of pasta and sausage.
In the small saucepan over medium heat add the olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes or until slightly golden. Add the red pepper flakes.
Reduce the heat to a medium-low heat. Add the half and half. Bring to a slight simmer, stirring very often to prevent scorching. Add the Parmesan cheese and the salt and pepper to taste. Stir until the cheese is melted. Remove from the heat.
Pour the Alfredo sauce over the pasta, sausage, and broccoli. Stir well. Serve immediately.
