1 Baking pan
1 Cutting board
1 Knife
1 Spatula or Tongs
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 4 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Cook and crumble the bacon. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Put olive oil on the baking pan and place in the oven as it preheats.
Slice the potatoes into ¼ inch thick slices and lay in a single payer on the backing sheet. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and flip each potato. Return to the oven for 10 more minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles on each potato round. Put back in the oven until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
