Red, White & Blueberry Fluff

Red, White & Blueberry Fluff is a very easy and very quick recipe to make that kids love!  It's great to have as a side to a meal or as a little something special after a meal.  It's perfect for a potluck.  The bowl will come back empty.  It always has for me when I've brought it to potlucks.  
This kid friend recipe is perfect to serve at your next backyard grilling with family and friends or to take to a Memorial Day or a 4th of July Celebration.

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Rubber spatula
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 16 oz Tub Whipped Topping
  • 1 3 oz pkg Strawberry Gelatin Dry
  • 1 Pint Strawberries Fresh sliced
  • ½ Pint Blueberries

Instructions

  • Slice fresh strawberries and set them aside.
  • Beat the softened cream cheese with the mixer until smooth. Add in the thawed whipped topping and dry package of gelatin. Mix together.
  • Fold in the strawberries and the blue berries. Chill.
  • It is ready to eat immediately.
