Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp A1 Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions

  • In a resealable bag or a bowl mix together the olive oil, vinegar, A1 sauce, and the minced garlic.
  • Slice tenderloin into 8 medallions. Add to the marinade. Marinade for 2-12 hours.
  • Preheat grill to a medium heat. Add the pork medallions. Grill over medium heat for 15-18 minutes or until it has an internal temperature of 145-150 degrees.
