  • 1 Lb Ground beef, raw
  • cup Uncooked Instant Rice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 can Condensed tomato soup
  • ½ can Water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray or grease your baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In your baking pan, mix raw ground beef, rice, and garlic salt. Make into 8 meatballs and place in the bottom of your baking pan.
  • Poor tomato soup on top of meatballs. The tomato soup should not be diluted or mixed with anything.
  • Fill your empty tomato soup can halfway with water. Pour over top of your meatballs. Do not mix it.
  • Cover your pan with a lid or foil and bake for 1 hour or until the meatballs are done.
