Ingredients

  • 1 quart Strawberries quartered
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • 3 each Kiwi sliced
  • 4 each Oranges or Tangelos
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Poppy Seeds

Instructions

  • To make the poppy seed dressing, squeeze the juice from 1 orange or tangelo into a small bowl. Add the honey and the poppy seeds. Stir well until fully combined. Set aside.
  • Clean and quarter the strawberries and slice the kiwi.
  • Place the strawberries, blueberries, and kiwis in the medium bowl.
  • Cut and remove the membrane for 3 oranges or tangelos. Add to the bowl of fruit.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat the fruit pieces in the poppy seed dressing.
  • Serve immediately.
