- 2 cup Pasta uncooked
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Cubed
- 2-3 oz Pepperoni
- 2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes Packed in oil, drained, diced finely
- ½ tsp Dried Basil
- ¾ cup Italian Dressing
Cook, drain, and cool the pasta.
Cube the cheese ¼ to ½ inch cubes. Set aside.
Cut the pepperoni into quarters. Set aside.
Once the pasta is cooled add the cheese, pepperoni, sun dried tomatoes, basil and the Italian dressing. Mix well.
Chill for about an hour before serving.
