In a large pan over low heat stir in the corn syrup, sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until it comes to a boil. Stirring it constantly.
Remove from heat and mix in cereal. Spread evenly into a greased 9x13 pan.
Melt chocolate chips and 1 tbsp peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl in 30 second increments, stirring between each one. Repeat until the chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
