- 8 oz Cream Cheese Rroom temperature
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Mint Extract
- 16 oz Whip Topping Thawed
- 15 ea Oreo Cookies Crushed
- Green or pink food coloring
Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, milk, vanilla, and mint extract. Whip it until creamy.
Fold in the whip topping.
Add in the food coloring and mix well.
Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
Serve immediately.
It can be made ahead if time, just add the crushed Oreo cookies right before serving. It helps them stay crisp.
Use some extra crushed cookies to garnish the top.
