Ingredients

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Canola Oil

Honey

Provolone or Swiss Cheese

Lettuce
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the oil, garlic, honey, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Microwave for 30 seconds to get the honey mixed with the other ingredients.
Pour into a resealable bag or into a bowl and add the chicken. Marinate for 2-12 hours.
Grill the chicken on medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until the meat is no longer pink inside.
Place the pineapple rings directly on the grill and grill a couple of minutes on each side until there are golden brown grill marks on each side.
Add a slice of cheese to each piece of chicken and grill until melted.
Place the chicken on a bun and top with bacon, a pineapple ring, and lettuce.
Serve Immediately.
