Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Water room temperature
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • tsp Salt
  • 2 cup Bread Flour
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 3 tsp Yeast

Instructions

  • In this order put the following ingredients into the bread pan, water, oil, sugar, salt, and flours. Do not mix.
  • Make a well in the center of the flour and add the yeast.
  • Set your bread machine for a 1 lb loaf on the basic white bread setting with light crust and start the cycle.
