1 Small bowl
- 1 12 oz pkg Egg Noodles
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ medium Onion dices
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cube Beef Boullion Cube
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- ½ cup Sour Cream
Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions.
While the egg noodles are cooking heat up the oil and add the onions. Cook until translucent. Add in the garlic and stir for a couple of minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Brown the ground beef and drain.
Add the onions and garlic to the skillet of ground beef, along with the beef bouillon cube, mustard and the Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
In a small bowl mix the water with corn starch and stir well. Set aside.
Add in the water and corn starch to the skillet stirring constantly. It should start thickening up. Once it is thickened add in the sour cream. Stir.
After the egg noodles are cooked and drained add in the ground beef mixture and stir well.
Serve immediately.
