  • 1 lb Ground Beef Browned
  • ½ small Onion diced
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 1 cup Beef Broth or 1 cup water and 1 beef Boullion cube
  • tsp Thyme dried
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions

  • In the skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic. Drain the fat.
  • While the ground beef is browning slice the potatoes.
  • Reduce the heat to low. Add the potatoes, beef broth, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, All-Purpose Seasoning, and paprika. Cover and cook until the potatoes are fork tender. It will be about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and allow the cheese to melt. It will be about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
