- 1 lb Ground Beef Browned
- ½ small Onion diced
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 4 medium Potatoes
- 1 cup Beef Broth or 1 cup water and 1 beef Boullion cube
- ⅛ tsp Thyme dried
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1¾ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
In the skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic. Drain the fat.
While the ground beef is browning slice the potatoes.
Reduce the heat to low. Add the potatoes, beef broth, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, All-Purpose Seasoning, and paprika. Cover and cook until the potatoes are fork tender. It will be about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and allow the cheese to melt. It will be about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
