1 Microwaveable bowl
1 Cutting board
1 Knife
1 Resealable Bag or Bowl
- 4 each Pork Chops
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
To make the marinade, in a microwaveable bowl add the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, canola oil and rice vinegar. Stir and microwave for 20-30 seconds. This helps the brown sugar and the honey to mix in.
Pour marinade over the pork chops. Then seal or cover it. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-12 hours. Stir or flip it a few times.
Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Place the pork chops on the grill and grill for 7-10 minutes or until the pork it is just no longer pink inside. It will continue to cook for a little bit once it is removed from the grill.
Put on a clean platter and serve immediately.
