Ingredients

  • 6 each Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts
  • 1 15 oz can Pineapple Rings
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¾ tsp Seasoned Salt
  • tsp Lemon Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Parsley Flakes

Instructions

  • To make the marinade, drain the pineapple juice from the can of pineapple into a bowl. Save the pineapple rings for grilling later. To the bowl of pineapple juice, add the olive oil, seasoned salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika, parsley flakes, and the salt. Mix well.
  • Put the chicken breasts and the marinade into a bowl or a resealable bag. Marinade for 2-12 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and grill about 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning halfway through grilling.

  • Put the chicken on a platter, top with the pineapple rings, and serve immediately.
