Grape Salad

This grape salad recipe is amazing to eat and simple to make.  It is a hit with children and adults, too.  I've taken it to family gatherings and to potlucks only to bring home an empty bowl.  I like to make this salad as snack for my family as well.  I know they are eating something that is good for them.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Seedless grapes
  • 1 8 oz block Cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Set the cream cheese out to get to room temperature.
  • Wash the grapes and remove the grapes from the stems. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
  • Mix in the sugar and beat until smooth. Then mix in the sour cream, sugar and the vanilla. Beat until it is all mixed and smooth.
  • Fold in the grapes until they are evenly coated with the cream cheese mixture.
  • It is ready to eat. Enjoy!
