1 Rubber spatula
- 6 cups Seedless grapes
- 1 8 oz block Cream cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Set the cream cheese out to get to room temperature.
Wash the grapes and remove the grapes from the stems. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl beat the cream cheese until it is smooth.
Mix in the sugar and beat until smooth. Then mix in the sour cream, sugar and the vanilla. Beat until it is all mixed and smooth.
Fold in the grapes until they are evenly coated with the cream cheese mixture.
It is ready to eat. Enjoy!
