  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Frozen Corn
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 1 clove Garlc minced
  • 1 Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Heat u frying pan to a medium to high heat. Add the butter.
  • Once the butter is melted add the corn. Fry the corn until it is golden, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in the garlic and fry 1-2 minutes more. Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Put into serving bowl and top with parmesan cheese.
  • Serve immediately.
