Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn or 15 oz canned corn
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • If using canned corn, drain most of the liquid. If using frozen corn add a little bit of water.
  • Add all the other ingredients to corn in the saucepan. Over low heat cook until the cream cheese and butter is fully melted. Stir frequently to prevent scorching.
  • Serve immediately.
