Equipment

  • 1 8x8 or 9x9 Pan
  • 1 Mixer

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Nutter Butter Cookies Crushed
  • 4 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 3.9 oz Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
  • cups Milk
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 8 oz Whip Topping Use ½ cup for the cream cheese layer.

Instructions

  • In the pan mix together the crushed Nutter Butter cookies and the melted butter. Place in the fridge to chill.
  • In a bowl mix together the instant chocolate pudding and the milk. Pour over the crust. Put it back in the fridge.
  • Using a mixer cream the cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla, peanut butter, and sugar. Mix until smooth. Fold in ½ cup of the whipped topping. Drop by spoon full on top of the pudding layer. Gently spread with a knife or offset spatula.
  • Spread the remaining whip topping over the cream cheese layer.
  • Garnish as desired. Chill for an hour before serving.

Notes

This can be doubled and put into a 9x13 pan.
Some garnish ideas:
  1. In a resealable bag soften 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter.  Snip the end off and drizzle over the whipped topping. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
  3. Drizzle with warmed fudge topping or chocolate syrup.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
