Chili Lime Chicken

This healthy Chili Lime Chicken Breast is very flavorful and very delicious.  And what makes it even better is that it is so quick to put together and easy to make with only 5 ingredients.  That's including the chicken!  This makes it a recipe that can be put together quickly to marinade in the morning before you head to work and quickly put on the grill as soon as you get home.

Ingredients

  • 4 each Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • To make the marinade, combine the garlic, lime juice, Taco Seasoning and Olive oil to a bowl or resealable bag. Mix well.
  • Put the chicken breasts and the marinade and marinade for 2-12 hours. The longer the time the more flavor the chicken will absorb.
  • Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and grill about 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning halfway through grilling. Grilling time can vary based on grill temperatures and the thickness of your chicken breasts.
  • Put the chicken on a platter and serve immediately.
