  • 1 7 oz Canned Chicken Breast drained
  • ½ can Cream of Potato Soup condensed
  • ½ cup Frozen Peas & Carrots thawed
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp Garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp Thyme dried
  • 2 cans Refrigerator crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • On the baking sheet create 8 rectangles from the two tubes of crescent roll dough by pinching the diagonal perforated seam together.
  • Filling: in a bowl mix together the chicken, cream of potato soup, cheese, peas & carrots, garlic, and thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put about ¼ to ⅓ cup of the filling in the center of each rectangle.
  • To close the pillow, pull up about 6 pieces of the edges to the center, pinch, and secure with a toothpick. You may need to pinch close any seams or cracks.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush with butter. Remove the toothpicks and serve immediately.
