  • 2 cups Brown Quick Cooking Rice
  • cups Milk
  • 2 7 oz cans Canned Chicken drained
  • 1 Lb Frozen Broccoli thawed
  • 2 cans Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp All-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray or grease a 9x3 baking bake.
  • In the baking pan add the rice, milk, chicken, broccoli, cream of potato soup, garlic, all-purpose seasoning, and the Italian seasoning. Mix well and spread evening in the baking dish.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and top with the shredded cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
