- 2 cups Brown Quick Cooking Rice
- 2½ cups Milk
- 2 7 oz cans Canned Chicken drained
- 1 Lb Frozen Broccoli thawed
- 2 cans Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 2 tsp All-purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray or grease a 9x3 baking bake.
In the baking pan add the rice, milk, chicken, broccoli, cream of potato soup, garlic, all-purpose seasoning, and the Italian seasoning. Mix well and spread evening in the baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and top with the shredded cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
