Ingredients

  • ½ cup Butter room temperature
  • cup Sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 each Bananas Mashed
  • 12 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • cup Sugar
  • 2 lg Eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and 1½ cups sugar together.
  • Add the flour, salt, baking soda, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and milk. Mix well.
  • Lastly, mix in the mashed bananas.
  • Pour batter into the greased baking pan. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl cream the cream cheese until smooth. Add in 1 tsp vanilla, ⅓ cup sugar, and 2 eggs. Mix until smooth.
  • Drop by spoonsful over the cake batter. Do not mix.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a cake section comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and cool.
