- 4 Medium Potatoes
- ½ tsp All-Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 strips Bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1-2 tbsp Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
Clean and slice the potatoes into bite size pieces.
Rinse the potatoes. Place uncovered in the saucepan and add water to cover the potatoes.
Place on the stove on medium to high heat until boiling. Then reduce the heat to medium to low. It should be at a slow, low boil.
Boil until the potatoes they are fork tender. It will be about 10-15 minutes.
Drain the water.
Add the butter, All-Purpose Seasoning, and dry ranch seasoning to the cooked potatoes. Toss to melt the butter and to coat the potatoes. While the potatoes are cooking, cook 4 strips of bacon until tender crisp. Cut or crumble them. Set aside.
Put the potatoes into a microwave safe serving bowl or platter. Top with the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Microwave in 1-minute increments until the cheese is melted. Do not stir during or after microwaving.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes and serve immediately.
