  • 4 each Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 8 tbsp Panko Crumbs Italian Style
  • 8 tbsp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 4 tbsp Bacon Crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Put 2 tbsp Olive Oil on the baking sheet.
  • Place the 4 each Chicken breasts, boneless skinlesshicken breasts on the baking sheet and season the top of each chicken breast with 4 tsp Dry Ranch Dressing Mix tsp dry Ranch Dressing mix. Sprinkle the top of each chicken breast with the panko crumbs.
  • Spray the tops of each chicken breast with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and the bacon crumbles. Put back in the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You can spray the chicken breasts with olive oil in a sprayer or you can use an olive oil cooking spray.  It helps the Panko crumbs to brown and get crisp.
