1 9x13 Baking pan
1 Medium Bowl
1 Small bowl
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- ⅔ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 8 large Eggs
- ¾ cups Bacon Crumbles
- 2 cups Frozen Hash Browns
- 1½ cups Milk
- 1 Salt & Pepper
- 1½ cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 9x13 pan.
In a small bowl mix together the Bisquick mix, ⅔ cup of milk and melted butter. Drop by teaspoons in the baking pan. The entire pan does not need to be covered. The biscuit mix will spread in the pan.
Sprinkle the shredded hashbrowns on top of the biscuit mix.
Whisk the eggs with the milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the hashbrowns.
In a medium sized bowl whisk together the eggs and 1½ cups of milk. Pour over the hash browns.
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the eggs.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
Remove from the oven and add the cheese. Put back in the oven until the cheese is melted. It will be only a couple of minutes.
Serve immediately.
You can substitute diced ham or 1 lb of sausage, browned and drained for the bacon.
You can add vegetables such as onions, peppers, mushrooms, dice tomatoes, spinach, etc...
