  • 1 Lb Ground beef Raw
  • 12 crackers Ritz Crackers Crushed
  • 12 crackers Saltine Crackers Crushed
  • ½ tsp Onion Flakes
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 large Eggs
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • cup Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • cup Water
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg ground

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray or grease your 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix raw ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion flakes, milk, eggs, and salt. Make into 10 meatballs and place in the bottom of your baking pan.
  • In a small bowl mix together the barbeque sauce ingredients, ketchup, water, brown sugar, and ground nutmeg.
  • Poor barbeque sauce on top of meatballs.
  • Bake for 45 minutes uncovered or until the meatballs are done.
