  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder

  • 16 oz Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, diced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Step 1: Prepare the Steak
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, onion powder, and paprika.

  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Add the steak cubes to the air fryer:
    • For medium-rare: Cook for 4-5 minutes, stir, then cook for another 3 minutes.
    • For medium: Cook for 4-5 minutes, stir, then cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 2: Cook the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add diced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Reduce heat to low and add the half & half, Parmesan cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Stir frequently until the cheese is melted and the sauce begins to simmer (10-15 minutes). Do not let it boil.
Step 4: Assemble and Serve
  1. Pour the creamy Alfredo sauce over the cooked pasta and mix well.
  2. Top with the perfectly cooked steak cubes.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

What to Serve with Steak Alfredo

To complete this indulgent meal, consider pairing it with complementary side dishes:

  • Garlic Bread: A crispy, buttery slice of garlic bread is perfect for soaking up the extra Alfredo sauce.
  • Strawberry Pecan Salad: A fresh Caesar salad with crunchy croutons and a tangy dressing balances out the richness of the dish.
  • Roasted Vegetables: Try roasted asparagus, broccoli, or Brussels sprouts for a nutritious and flavorful side.
  • Sautéed Mushrooms: Mushrooms sautéed with garlic and butter add an earthy depth that pairs beautifully with steak Alfredo.
  • Wine Pairing: A glass of Chardonnay or a light-bodied red wine like Pinot Noir enhances the flavors of this meal.

Pro Tips for the Best Steak Alfredo

  • Marinate for Maximum Flavor: Let the steak marinate for a few hours for extra tenderness and richness.
  • Low and Slow for the Sauce: Keeping the heat low prevents the sauce from breaking and ensures a silky texture.
  • Customize Your Pasta: While fettuccine is the classic choice, penne, linguine, or even spaghetti work beautifully with this dish.
  • Garnish for Extra Flair: A sprinkle of fresh parsley or red pepper flakes can enhance the final presentation.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • 16 oz Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic Diced
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 2 cup Half & Half
  • 1 Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • STEAK CUBES:
In a medium sized bowl add the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Dice the steak into 1-inch sized cubes and put in a bow. Toss to coat the meat with the flavorings. If you would like, you can use this as a marinade and marinade the meat up to 12 hours.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Add the steak cubes to the air fryer.
For medium rare cook 4-5 minutes stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
For Medium cook 4-5 minutes, stir and cook another 4 minutes.
  • PASTA:
Prepare the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
  • ALFREDO SAUCE:
In a medium sized saucepan over medium low heat, melt the butter. Add the diced garlic and sauté until the garlic is fragrant and golden brown. It’ll be about 1-2 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low. Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Monterey jack cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Lighty add the salt since it’ll get some saltiness from the cheeses.
Stir frequently until the cheese is melted and the heavy cream simmers. You do not want it to boil, or it may scorch. If it starts to bubble remove it from the heat. This will be about 10-15 minutes. Slower is better. Cook uncovered. You do not want any added moisture.
  • Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and mix. Top with the cooked steak cubes and serve immediately.
