Red, White & Blueberry Fluff is a very easy and very quick recipe to make that kids love! It’s great to have as a side to a meal or as a little something special after a meal. It’s perfect for a potluck. The bowl will come back empty. It always has for me when I’ve brought it to potlucks.
This kid friend recipe is perfect to serve at your next backyard grilling with family and friends or to take to a Memorial Day or a 4th of July Celebration.
Ingredients
The ingredients are really simple. It’s cream cheese, whipped topping, dry gelatin, strawberries and blueberries. I use fresh strawberries and fresh blueberries.
Assembling
First you will put the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat that until it is smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping and the package of dry gelatin. Mix them together weel. Then add in the sliced strawberries and the blueberries.
Once it is completely mixed together it could be stored and served in this bowl set with lids. They come in a variety of colors to select from, and it is a 6-bowl set with lids that nest into each other.
Serving
Once it is completely assembled, it is ready to serve. There is nothing to set and nothing to chill, if you used cold ingredients. You can go ahead and enjoy it!
I would serve Red, White & Blueberry Fluff as a side dish to accompany. Chicken Enchilada Soup, with Pepperoni Pizza Sloppy Joes, or with Chicken Penne Alfredo Casserole.
Happy cooking!
