Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip is healthy and kid friendly. It’s a snack that can be made very quickly and it’s fun for kids to eat. Kids love eating finger foods and dipping their finger foods into dips and sauces. This recipe has ingredients that easy to keep on hand and whip up into a healthy snack quickly when the kids, or you, get hangry!
This really is a very healthy snack food choice since it has fruits, dairy, and protein. It’s not just a great snack for kids. It’s a great snack for adults, too. It’s great when you want something smaller to eat or instead of a full meal. This can be quickly put together to take along to work. Simply put it in your lunch bag with an ice pack or put in a fridge at work.
You can use any brand or when you’re not really feeling like a full out meal, but you want something smaller to carry you through. Any type of vanilla yogurt and any brand or type of peanut butter will work. I’m a smooth peanut butter person, but crunchy can be used if you like a little texture to your dip.
This Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip and an apple is a wonderful combination that I really like. That’s my typical go to, but bananas are a great go to as well. It’s a healthy choice that has fruits, dairy, and protein. No fresh fruit, no problem! You can use graham crackers or pretzels if you want that sweet and savory flavor.
Happy Cooking!
