  • cup Seasoned Panko Crumbs

  • 1 tsp Seasoned Garlic Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • On a baking sheet place 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • In a small bowl mix together the panko crumbs, parmesan, and he seasoned garlic salt.
  • Place the fish fillets on the olive oil on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the panko mixture on top of the fish completely coating the top of the fillets.
  • Spray the panko mixture with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the fillets are flaky. Serve immediately.

Notes

To help your fish taste fresher soak the fillets in milk 1-24 hours.  Before cooking, remove the fillets from the milk and pat dry with a paper towel.  Discard the milk.  Prepare the fillets as planned.
