- 2 cups Ham Diced
- 4 medium Potatoes Peeled and Diced
- 2 cups Corn Drained
- 6-8 medium Carrots Peeled and Diced
- 4 cups Chicken Stock Reduced Sodium

- Put everything EXCEPT the milk and cornstarch into the slow cooker.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on high to 4-6 hours or on low for 8-10 hours until the potatoes are fork tender.
- In a small bowl add a ½ cup of the milk and all of the cornstarch. Mix until there are not clumps and it is smooth. Pour into the slow cooker. Add the remaining milk to the slow cooker. Stir.
- Cover and cook about 20-30 more minutes or until slightly thickened.
