- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

- 1¾ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

- In the skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic. Drain the fat.
- While the ground beef is browning slice the potatoes.
- Reduce the heat to low. Add the potatoes, beef broth, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, All-Purpose Seasoning, and paprika. Cover and cook until the potatoes are fork tender. It will be about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and allow the cheese to melt. It will be about 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
