- 1 Baking sheet
- 1 Medium sized bowl
- 8 Toothpicks
Ingredients
- 1 7 oz Canned Chicken Breast drained
- ½ can Cream of Potato Soup condensed
- ½ cup Frozen Peas & Carrots thawed
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ tsp Garlic minced
- ¼ tsp Thyme dried
- 2 cans Refrigerator crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- On the baking sheet create 8 rectangles from the two tubes of crescent roll dough by pinching the diagonal perforated seam together.
- Filling: in a bowl mix together the chicken, cream of potato soup, cheese, peas & carrots, garlic, and thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put about ¼ to ⅓ cup of the filling in the center of each rectangle.
- To close the pillow, pull up about 6 pieces of the edges to the center, pinch, and secure with a toothpick. You may need to pinch close any seams or cracks.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush with butter. Remove the toothpicks and serve immediately.
