Crispy Air Fryer Potato Bites with Just 5 Ingredients
The Ingredients & Mixing
The ingredients are simple. I use Yukan Gold potatoes, because that is the type of potato we like. You can use any kind. Just cube them up into bite sized pieces about an inch by an inch.
The All-Purpose seasoning that the recipe calls for is a mix that I make in bulk and have hand to simplify recipes. It’s a time savor on weeknights when I am short on time.
Everything but the potatoes can be added to a baggie or a bowl. Mix them up and then add the cubed potatoes. Stir the potatoes or massage them in the bag until they are coated with the seasoned oil mixture.
Cooking Them
I preheat my air fryer for 2-3 minutes on 400 degrees before adding the potatoes. I think it helps make the potatoes crispier. Add the potatoes. Let them cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes, turning them about halfway through. You want them to get crispy on all sides. Then they are ready to serve.

Potato Bites
Equipment
- 1 Air fryer
- 1 Bowl or Baggie
- 1 Spoon
Ingredients
- 4 Medium Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp All-purpose seasoning
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Clean and cube potatoes into bites sized pieces.
- In a bowl or a baggie mix together the olive oil, all-purpose seasoning, paprika, and pepper to taste.
- Add cubed potatoes and coat in the oil mixture.
- Turn air fryer on to 400 degrees and preheat it by letting it run for 2-3 minutes empty. Add the potatoes and let it run for 15 minutes. Turn the potatoes about halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve.
